Please note that this voucher cannot be used via any delivery app (Grab, Oddle). Each gift voucher purchased can be redeemed for 1 time use only, for dine-in sessions or take away through our restaurant. If your dine-in bill or take away exceeds the voucher amount, you will have to pay for the balance amount due & owing. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are generally not allowed upon purchase; however if you have encountered a technical issue, please email kayrakeralacuisine@gmail.com stating your issue at hand and we will try our best to help you out.
